You are currently using GolfStats version 0.3.2.1

What do I do now?

Start off by entering details from rounds you have played, and then as you play more, enter your statistics as you go. Once you have entered at least 5 rounds, GolfStats will calculate a handicap for you and you can compare how your game is progressing over time.

GolfStats can do as little, or as much as you want it to. At the very least, you need to have 4 pieces of information to enter a round:

  1. The name and location of the course you played
  2. The course's slope
  3. The course's rating
  4. Your score

If all you want is a handicap number for informal play, just select a Simple round from the add round page and enter just your total score.

However, if you want to track more aspects of your play, enter each round with the Detailed form and track how you did on every hole you have played. Remember, though, GolfStats can only keep track of what you enter, so you have to keep any statistics you care about while you play
